Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The product does not match the description or specifications
• The return request is raised within [X days] from the date of delivery

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• A valid proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
• Perishable goods
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Digital/downloadable items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the product and click Return Request
4. Choose the reason and upload supporting images/videos (if required)

Once approved:

• A pickup will be scheduled, or
• You may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit
• Refund processing time: [5–7 business days]

6. Replacement Policy

• Replacement is subject to product availability
• If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

• Product returned with missing parts or accessories
• Product not in original condition
• Return request raised after the allowed period

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but return can be requested

9. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect products
• For other reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
